Eastclose is the perfect venue for civil marriages, civil partnerships, naming ceremonies and renewal of vows:
The Garden Room - Striking, elegant and refined for up to 116 guests.
The Gallery Room - Light, tranquil and relaxing for up to 63 guests.
The Library - Calm, intimate and snug for up to 12 guests.
The Conqueror Restaurant - also fully licensed for up to 120 guests.

Eastclose Hotel offers three main function areas for weddings.
House Wedding
The House side of the hotel has two decadently styled function rooms: The Gallery Room, ideal for up to 32 guests for a wedding breakfast and the Garden Room which can accommodate up to 64 guests.
Both rooms offer Georgian doors opening directly on to the terrace and lawn, the perfect place to enjoy a glass of champagne with your guests.
The Library offers a relaxing space for guests to sit whilst catching up with friends and relatives, whilst the Cocktail Bar is perfect for pre-wedding drinks as well as a great addition to the Gallery Room to host an evening party for up to 150 guests.
A hog roast or BBQ can be located just outside the Garden room for your guests to enjoy live music and entertainment until 9pm.
Exclusive House Hire gives you full use of Eastclose and allows you and your guests to enjoy your own country house for the day, from wedding breakfast through to the evening celebrations and beyond. Exclusive hire includes 11 house bedrooms, the Garden Room and private Cocktail Bar, the Gallery Room, the Library, plus our lawn and terrace, with music until 12pm.
Conqueror Wedding
The famous Conqueror Inn restaurant and bar at Eastclose combines opulent luxury with relaxed, informal atmosphere. It's a superb location to host a wedding breakfast for up to 130 guests and evening party for up to 300, with a private terrace and bar for pre-wedding drinks that's also ideal for 'al fresco' dining experiences such as a hog roast or BBQ.
Conqueror Exclusive Hire allows you exclusive use of our restaurant with chic bar, plus terrace and outside private bar and music until 12pm. Additional rooms may also be available in the hotel subject to availability.
Marquee Wedding
Our expansive grounds make the ideal location for the marquee of your choice. We work with a range of partners to help you plan the perfect marquee wedding, with a huge range of different styles and sizes available to help you create a unique occasion. Alternatively, if you wish to source your own marquee we're happy to work with your preferred supplier.
Marquee weddings can also be tailored around exclusive use of the hotel to provide a truly impressive venue for an unforgettable wedding.
